01Opportunity

The real estate and short-term rental market in Bosnia and Herzegovina is fragmented and dependent on foreign platforms, and a local player that brings the platform, the service and its own technology together does not yet exist at full scale.

02Market

The smallest market in the region — and the least digitalised.

In 2025 the region recorded about 141.7 million registered overnight stays. Bosnia and Herzegovina is the smallest item in that picture, but also the only one where a local platform has not yet taken the space.

Registered overnight stays2025 · millions

Statistics miss most of the market.

Private accommodation, where we work, is almost invisible in the official figures — and that is exactly the space we are taking.

93.7%

of registered overnight stays in BiH are in hotels and similar accommodation. Private accommodation mostly operates informally and outside the statistics.

~700

accommodation properties in Trebinje are on Booking, yet only 40 to 50 of them regularly report their overnight stays.

1 / 3

of the actual overnight stays in Trebinje are officially registered. The tourist board estimates 500,000 to 600,000 overnight stays a year.

The European trend points the same way: in 2025 guests in the EU spent 951.6 million nights in accommodation booked through online platforms, 11.4% more than the year before, while accommodation overall grew by 2.2%. The most popular region was Adriatic Croatia, right next to our market. Sources: official statistics and publicly available data for 2025, available on request.

03Size

How much of the market is realistically in play.

The estimate is derived from registered turnover and two clear assumptions: an average of 2.5 guests per accommodation unit and an average nightly price of €50. Unregistered turnover is not counted, so the figures are conservative.

04Why TrebiGroup

Six reasons for a serious conversation.

01

Proven growth

The first 20 owners in 30 days, more than 200 clients through expansion to other cities, more than 300 listings in the network and more than 60 active properties on Trebistan.

02

Our own technology

We develop TrebiStay ourselves. We control the product, the costs and the pace of development — and the same system runs every platform and is becoming a separate product for businesses.

03

Several revenue streams

Platforms, services and software feed each other. The same client often uses several parts of the group — buying, furnishing, renting out and running it all through one system.

04

Presence on the ground

Local knowledge, personal relationships with owners and on-site support — something foreign platforms cannot offer.

05

A fair model

A flat 10% commission and rankings that cannot be bought. It is a business model and a marketing advantage at the same time.

06

Sales in our DNA

Growth was built on personal conversations with owners, and that approach is repeated in every new city.

05Model

Three pillars, one system, several revenue streams.

The platforms bring owners and guests, the services keep them, and TrebiStay connects everything. Each pillar has its own income, and together they form a whole that is hard to copy.
