Privacy policy.
This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through the trebigroup.com website, why we collect it, who we disclose it to, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 12/25) and, where it applies, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Last updated: 10 October 2026. This is an English translation; if the two versions differ, the local-language version prevails.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is „TREBIGROUP“ Matija Ratković s.p., registered in Trebinje, Nikšićki put bb, Bosnia and Herzegovina, JIB 4514188750000 (hereinafter "TrebiGroup", "we"). Trebistan, Najmio and TvojeNekretnine are brands of TrebiGroup.
For any question about personal data, write to us at trebistanovi@gmail.com or call us on +387 66 905 801.
This policy applies to the trebigroup.com website. The group's platforms that run at their own addresses may have their own terms and privacy policies, which then apply to the use of those platforms.
2. What data we collect
Data you send us yourself
When you fill in the contact form or the property listing form, we collect:
- your full name and phone number;
- your email address, if you enter it;
- what you would like to do (rent out, sell, management, buy or something else), the location and type of the property;
- the content of your message and the page of the website it was sent from.
The same applies to data you send us by email or by phone.
Data recorded automatically
- With every enquiry sent through a form, the system records the IP address, the time of sending and basic browser and device information, to protect against misuse and spam.
- The server hosting the website keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time and the page requested), which are necessary for the security and operation of the website.
- We collect visit statistics (which pages were opened, the type of device, approximate location) through Google Analytics only if you consent in the cookie notice.
3. Why we process data and on what basis
- Replying to an enquiry and proposing cooperation — steps we take at your request before a contract is concluded.
- Carrying out the cooperation — once you become our client, guest or partner, we use the data to provide the agreed service on our platforms and through our services.
- Website security and protection against misuse — our legitimate interest.
- Visit statistics — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligations — for example accounting and tax records, when the cooperation involves payment.
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we disclose data to
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing purposes. The data stays within TrebiGroup's system and is disclosed only when necessary to provide what you asked for:
- within the group and its brands (Trebistan, Najmio, TvojeNekretnine);
- to partners involved in providing the service you requested — for example property maintenance or cleaning — and only to the extent that service requires;
- to technical service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting, sending and receiving email and, with your consent, visit analytics (Google);
- to the competent authorities, when the law requires us to.
Everyone we entrust data to is obliged to keep it safe and use it only for the purpose it was entrusted for.
5. Transfers of data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina
Some technical service providers may also process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the European Union or the United States of America. In those cases the transfer is made with the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation are kept for at most 24 months from the last contact, and then deleted.
- Once cooperation begins, we keep the data for as long as the cooperation lasts and for as long as needed to provide our services smoothly to guests, owners and partners on all our platforms and in all our services.
- Data we are required to keep by law (for example accounting records) is kept for the periods the law prescribes.
- The lifetime of cookies is set out in the cookie policy.
7. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies for its operation and to remember your choice about cookies. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you click "Accept"; until then, no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings. A detailed list is in the cookie policy.
8. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
- be told whether we process your data and have access to that data;
- request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data;
- request the deletion of data, when there is no longer a basis for processing it;
- request the restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a common electronic format (portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Send your request to trebistanovi@gmail.com. We reply without delay, and within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
9. Data security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people who need it for their work have access to enquiries and client data, and the systems we use are regularly updated and protected. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Minors
The website and its forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we have received such data, we delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we introduce a new service or the regulations change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
