2. Purpose of the website
The website presents the TrebiGroup group, its platforms, services and software development, and makes it possible to send enquiries and list a property. The website itself is not used for booking accommodation or for buying or selling property — that is done on the individual platforms or through a direct agreement with us.

We do our best to keep all information on the website accurate and up to date. However, descriptions of services, platform terms, prices and market data serve as general information and may change without prior notice. Only the terms set out in an individual contract, or in the terms of use of the platform on which the service is used, are binding. Market data is taken from the public sources named and is not a financial forecast or investment advice.
4. Enquiries and property listings
Sending an enquiry or listing a property commits neither you nor us. After a listing we get in touch personally, and any cooperation begins only when both sides agree. Please enter accurate details in the forms and do not send another person's details without their consent. How we handle the data from the forms is explained in the privacy policy.

The website contains links to the group's platforms and to other websites. Platforms that run at their own addresses have their own terms of use, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.
