What Is TrebiGroup: Platforms, Services and Technology

Three platforms

The group runs three platforms. Each covers its own part of a property's journey, and all of them run on the same system.

Najmio — the central platform for short-term rentals across Bosnia and Herzegovina, and then the region. It is in development and launching soon. The commission is a flat 10%, only on completed bookings, and the first 60 days are free.
Trebistan — the local platform for short-term and long-term rentals in Trebinje, with more than 60 active properties. Listing is free, and 10% is paid on a successful booking.
TvojeNekretnine — a platform for buying and selling property across BiH. A yearly listing costs 100 KM for a standard or 200 KM for a sponsored listing, with no commission on the sale.

Services for property owners

In Trebinje TrebiGroup takes over all the work around a property through six services: management, maintenance and cleaning (with its own cleaning agency), renovation and furnishing, buying property for clients, listing and renting, and professional presentation. An owner can use all of them or only what they need, and the income and visibility of every step stay with them. More on the property management page.

Software and TrebiStay

The group's development team builds websites, custom software, integrations and automation for hotels, hostels, restaurants and businesses. The group's platforms run on the TrebiStay system, which keeps bookings, the calendar, guest communication and finances in one place. How it began

It all began with the Trebistan platform and a simple goal: to make finding and renting a flat in Trebinje easy. The first campaign offered a free listing to the first owners to get in touch — all 20 places were filled in the first 30 days. The group then grew through personal conversations with owners rather than advertising, and by expanding to other destinations in the country it gained more than 200 active clients.

Those conversations led to the next steps: an online booking system instead of "call and ask", the TvojeNekretnine platform for buying and selling, and the decision to bring the city platforms together into one — Najmio.
